Position: Spa Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily spa operations and maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure exceptional, personalized service for all guests, including VIPs.
  • Manage guest feedback, inquiries, and complaints professionally.
  • Monitor spa budget, revenue, expenses, and financial performance.
  • Develop pricing strategies, promotions, and marketing initiatives to maximize revenue.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the spa team.
  • Update spa menus and wellness programs in line with industry trends.
  • Coordinate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience.

Experience:
