The warehouse is large, and we are hiring 3 people for this position — one for the morning shift, one for the afternoon shift, and one for the night shift.
Job Description Reference:
- Sorting System & Data Support: Collect business system issues in the sorting process (e.g., malfunctions of sorting equipment and scanning systems), and coordinate with the IT/support team for follow-up and resolution; Extract sorting data (e.g., sorting efficiency, mis-sorting rate) for basic statistics to assist in identifying process problems.
- Sorting Staff Management: Clarify the daily responsibilities of sorting positions and supervise the implementation of operational standards; Regularly evaluate employee performance based on sorting data (e.g., individual sorting volume, accuracy rate) and optimize team work performance in a targeted manner.
- On-site Sorting Management: Respond to on-site needs such as sorting of urgent orders and maintain the order and safety of the sorting area; Predict congestion risks through basic data (e.g., hourly sorting volume), resolve sorting bottlenecks in a timely manner, and ensure the operation rhythm.
- Sorting Process Optimization: Evaluate and adjust the layout of the sorting area and the design of movement routes based on sorting data (e.g., time-consuming of movement routes, connection efficiency of links); Coordinate the connection between sorting positions and upstream/downstream links, and assist in optimizing process connection efficiency with data support.
