Job responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and supervise soft services including cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and support services for the project.
- Lead project-based teams, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Manage vendors and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.
- Monitor project budgets and control costs without compromising service quality.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare reports on service performance and project operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or related subject / field.
- 4 –6 years of experience in soft services management, preferably in project-based assignments.
- Strong leadership, team management, and vendor coordination skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize operational efficiency.
