Job responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and supervise soft services including cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and support services for the project.
  • Lead project-based teams, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Manage vendors and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.
  • Monitor project budgets and control costs without compromising service quality.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Prepare reports on service performance and project operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or related subject / field.
  • 4 –6 years of experience in soft services management, preferably in project-based assignments.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and vendor coordination skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize operational efficiency.
