SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATOR

Full-Time | Fashion & Retail

We are looking for a creative, energetic and fashion-focused Social Media Content Creator to join our team full-time.

You will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality content for our portfolio of retail brands, including luxury footwear, mid-range footwear and fashion/clothing stores.

Responsibilities

• Create daily content for Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms
• Film and edit Reels, TikToks, Stories and short-form videos
• Photograph and creatively showcase shoes, clothing and new collections
• Develop creative concepts for product launches, campaigns and seasonal promotions
• Visit our stores regularly to film fresh content
• Follow current fashion, luxury and social-media trends
• Create content that feels premium and aspirational for our luxury products while creating fun, engaging and commercial content for our more accessible brands
• Work with models, staff and influencers when required
• Write engaging captions and help maintain the overall social-media calendar
• Maintain a consistent visual identity for each brand
• Identify trending sounds, formats and content opportunities
• Help increase engagement, reach, followers and ultimately store and online sales

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who lives and understands social media, not simply someone who schedules posts.

The ideal candidate:

• Has strong experience creating Instagram and TikTok content
• Has an excellent eye for fashion, styling and aesthetics
• Can shoot high-quality content using an iPhone and/or professional camera
• Is confident with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere or similar
• Understands the difference between luxury branding and mass/mid-market retail content
• Is comfortable appearing behind or in front of the camera when necessary
• Can work independently and constantly bring new ideas
• Understands viral trends without making a luxury brand look cheap
• Is organised and able to manage content across multiple brands

Schedule: Full-time, with flexibility for store visits, launches and content shoots
