Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy.
- Create engaging and creative content for platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
- Monitor SEO and user engagement, and suggest content optimization.
- Manage and oversee social media campaigns to generate leads.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align social media content with business goals.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Assist in developing social media advertisements and sponsored campaigns.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Officer, Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
