Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the monthly social media content calendar
• Create and post Reels, Stories, carousels, and promotional content
• Film and photograph salon services, before-and-after transformations, team content, and client results
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok
• Write engaging captions with SEO and local Dubai/JVC keywords
• Maintain a consistent visual style that matches the Casa Rio brand
• Manage daily Instagram Stories
• Reply to comments and messages when required
• Monitor trends, trending audio, and competitor content
• Develop ideas to increase reach, engagement, followers, and bookings
• Coordinate with hairstylists, nail technicians, lash artists, and other team members to capture content
• Promote salon offers, new services, packages, and events
• Track content performance and provide basic monthly reports
• Support influencer collaborations and content partnerships
• Keep the Instagram profile visually organized and professional

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing social media for a business
• Beauty salon, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or hospitality experience is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, carousels, and TikTok
• Good photography and videography skills using a phone or camera
• Strong video editing skills
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools
• Good English communication and writing skills
• Strong understanding of social media trends and content hooks
• Able to work independently and generate new content ideas
• Comfortable working inside the salon and filming clients and staff
• Organized, creative, and consistent with posting schedules
• Must currently be based in Dubai
