Rovex Real Estate is seeking a dedicated and strategic Social Media Manager to own our brand’s voice across all social platforms. This is not a creative production role; we are looking for a manager who focuses on strategy, scheduling, community engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement the monthly social media calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Community Management: Actively engage with our audience by responding to comments, managing DMs, and fostering a community around Rovex.
Platform Growth: Execute organic strategies to improve reach and increase the number of followers and high-quality leads.
Brand Voice: Ensure all posted content aligns with our brand tone and real estate industry standards.
Analytics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like engagement rates and growth, providing weekly reports to management.
Trend Spotting: Monitor the latest social media trends and algorithm changes to keep our accounts relevant.
Coordination: Collaborate with our creative team to ensure they provide the assets needed for your planned campaigns.
