DNK Real Estate is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in content creation, social media management, audience engagement, and digital marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
  • Develop and execute social media content calendars and campaigns.
  • Monitor trends and create relevant content to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to promote real estate projects and listings.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns and lead generation activities.
  • Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
  • Work with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers to produce high-quality content.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media management.
  • Experience in real estate marketing is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and social media trends.
  • Basic skills in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and content-writing skills in English.
  • Ability to create, edit, and publish video content.
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads and lead generation campaigns is an advantage.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
