Job Description
Create, edit, and publish compelling visual and video content across all major social media platforms- Design marketing materials including thumbnails, graphics, and branded assets using tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom, and InDesign
- Develop and maintain platform-specific content guidelines to ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity
- Monitor trends, viral content, and emerging creators to continuously inform and evolve the content strategy
- Collaborate with the wider team on video concepts, storytelling angles, and platform growth strategies (YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikTok, vlogs, etc.)
- Optimise content for key performance metrics including retention, reach, shareability, and engagement
- Manage content calendars and deliver to strict deadlines without compromising creative quality

- You have a strong instinct for viral content and are fluent in the language of digital media: retention, shareability, ad breaks, algorithms, trending audio

Qualifications
Strong working knowledge of major social media platforms and their respective content formats- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop, Lightroom, and InDesign at minimum
- Excellent command of written English with strong grammar, punctuation, and copywriting skills
- Understanding of content storytelling and what drives audience engagement and shareability
- Proven ability to work to deadlines and deliver under pressure
