Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manages the resort’s social media accounts (dining & Wellness).
  • Capture or coordinate on-site photo/video content to showcase real-time guest experience.
  • Manage influencer request and content
  • Brainstorms campaign ideas to promote and drive unique offerings
  • Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
  • Analyzes analytics to gauge the success of campaigns and influencer collaborations
  • Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service
  • Engage with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales
  • Provide suggestions to management for improving guest experience across social platforms and internal processes
  • Learn and become proficient in internal software systems
  • Assist in creating performance reports and monthly content strategies
  • Assist in collaborating with influencers and journalists to create exposure to the company’s offerings
  • Support resort team on regular collateral updates, such as menus, promotional flyers etc.
  • Develop and schedule engaging daily content across all social media platforms in line with brand guidelines
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels
  • Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry developments to keep content relevant and innovative
  • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and reviews to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction
  • Coordinate social media calendars to align with key campaigns, events, and promotions
  • Support paid social media campaigns, including boosting posts and tracking performance
  • Collaborate with internal departments (F&B, Rooms, Events) to highlight key offerings and updates
  • Ensure all content meets quality standards, including visuals, captions, and brand compliance
  • Assist with crisis communication and reputation management on social platforms
  • Track and report on competitor activity and benchmark performance
  • Manage influencer content delivery timelines and ensure brand alignment
  • Support the launch of new initiatives, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
  • Assist in organizing social media-driven contests, giveaways, and engagement initiatives
  • Maintain an organized archive of digital assets (photos, videos, creatives) for easy access

Suitable candidates must be highly qualified and must have at least 2-3 years’ Social Media Coordinator experience in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels. Strong social/interpersonal skills are mandatory. He/She must have a Marketing Degree, with excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or another language. Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
