Requirements:

  • Arabic fluency is mandatory (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media account management.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to develop and manage content plans.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Experience coordinating with creative, production, and marketing teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day communication with clients.
  • Prepare and oversee content calendars.
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and editors.
  • Collect client feedback and ensure timely implementation.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and maintain high client satisfaction.
