Highland Park Golf Course is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of a Snack Bar Attendant! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient and personalized manner
- Prepare and serve food and beverage items
- Maintain an organized and clean work area
- Control inventory through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products
- Receive deliveries of product from vendors and ensure proper storage
- Report to department manager when supplies need to be ordered
- Stock and inventory products
- Respond to customer questions regarding general information about the facility
- Supply support to food servers and beverage cart attendants to ensure excellent service to members and guests
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by management
- Communicate guest concerns or comments immediately to the Director, Food and Beverage and Chef
- Review schedule for changes, calendar of events and facility activities on a daily basis
- Process snack bar purchases with EZLinks point of sale (POS) system
- Accountable for cash and check transactions
- Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
- Perform other duties as required
Minimum Qualifications:
- No experience necessary; we will train
- Must be able to meet age requirement for serving alcohol and have obtained a Certified Food Handler’s Card
