Bar & Grill Snack bar Attendant

Job Title: Mulligans Snack bar Attendant/Food Runner-Busser

Reports to: Management Team—General Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, Food and Beverage Director, Executive Chef

Wage status: Hourly+ service charge

Communication Must be able to communicate with a diverse work force, which includes servers, bartenders, cooks, and the management team.

Effort Factors

Physical Demands Must be able to move quickly; must be able to stand for long periods; must be able to lift, push, and pull 20 pounds.

Psychological Demands Must be able to work with sense of urgency; must possess the ability to multitask; must pay close attention to details.

Work Demands Must be able to stay calm and fulfill the requests of multiple guests simultaneously without getting flustered.

Working Conditions

La Crosse Country Club’s Mulligans employees will work a variety of conditions. Shifts vary from indoors, outdoors, the pool, and the golf course.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $7.50 – $16.04 per hour
