Whitemonde Interiors is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have strong site management skills and experience handling multiple trades with attention to quality and timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure work is progressing as per drawings and schedule.
• Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Ensure all works meet quality and safety standards.
• Prepare daily site progress reports and submit to the Project Engineer / Project Manager.
• Assist in material planning and site inspections.
• Resolve on-site issues and communicate updates to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of site execution, joinery, gypsum, and MEP coordination.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• UAE driving license mandatory.
