We are a growing company specializing in interior fit-out projects for health care, commercial, residential, and retail spaces. We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee site activities and ensure the timely, safe, and quality execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure works are carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor site progress, manpower allocation, and material deliveries.
• Resolve site-related issues efficiently to avoid delays.

Requirements:

• Minimum [2–5] years of experience in interior fit-out supervision.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, and MEP coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• UAE driving license
