Key Responsibilities

• Visit project sites and meet with clients, contractors, and site representatives to understand requirements.
• Take accurate site measurements for wooden doors, frames, and related joinery works.
• Prepare and provide measurement details to the production team for manufacturing.
• Supervise carpenters and installation teams at project sites.
• Ensure doors are installed according to approved drawings, measurements, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the production team regarding site measurements, door specifications, and installation requirements.
• Check site conditions and identify any issues that may affect production or installation.
• Coordinate delivery and installation schedules with clients and project teams.
• Monitor workers’ attendance, productivity, and work quality.
• Ensure proper handling and protection of wooden doors and materials at the site.
• Follow up on completed installations and coordinate any required adjustments or rectification work.
• Maintain proper records of measurements, site visits, installations, and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in wooden doors, joinery, carpentry, or interior fit-out.
• Previous experience in site supervision and door installation is required.
• Ability to take accurate measurements for production.
• Good knowledge of wooden doors, frames, hardware, and installation procedures.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate site workers.
• Ability to read basic drawings and understand door schedules/specifications.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
• UAE/GCC site experience is an advantage.
