Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day work activities and labor allocation across the site.
• Progress Monitoring: Check work quality against architectural drawings and specifications.
• Team Coordination: Direct subcontractors, trade workers, and material handlers.
• Safety Enforcement: Maintain strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance on site.
• Problem Solving: Resolve technical issues and on-site conflicts quickly.
• Reporting: Send daily or weekly progress logs to the project manager.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in construction or site supervision.
• Education: Diploma or degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Certifications: Valid Health and Safety (HSE) or NEBOSH card preferred.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, measure layouts, and inspect finishing quality.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, fluent communication skills, and quick decision-making.

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
