Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Site Supervisor to oversee interior contract projects across Dubai. This role requires not only strong site management skills but also the ability to meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and prepare quotations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth project execution while contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out and contract works.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor workmanship, materials, and site safety compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Meet potential clients, understand project requirements, and prepare quotations.
• Liaise with clients and consultants for approvals and updates.
• Manage site documentation, including daily logs, checklists, and compliance records.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out/site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials, and installation methods.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to prepare quotations and basic cost estimates.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (mandatory, as travel between sites and client meetings is required).
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit is an advantage.

• Own car is an added advantage but must have a valid UAE license to drive a company provided car.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary package (commensurate with experience).
• Transportation allowance (if applicable).

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
