We are looking for a motivated and experienced Engineer cum Site Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing construction, interior fit-out, and landscape projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities for construction, interior fit-out, and landscaping projects.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Plan manpower, materials, and site logistics.
• Conduct site inspections, prepare progress reports, and resolve on-site issues.
• Ensure all works are executed according to safety regulations and project schedules.
• Support project coordination, measurements, and material approvals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence (Mandatory).
• Minimum 1–2 years of UAE experience in construction, interior fit-out, or landscaping projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil works, finishing works, and site coordination.
• Ability to read drawings and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
