We are seeking a highly skilled Interior fit-out and fabrication field Site Supervisor to oversee projects across the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing site operations, strong technical knowledge, and leadership skills to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all fit-out and fabrication works.
• Manage subcontractors, labor, and materials efficiently.
• Ensure work meets approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project managers.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports.
• Plan site activities and meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years of UAE experience in fit-out and fabrication field supervision.
• Strong knowledge of finishing works (fbarication, joinery, ceilings, partitions, flooring, MEP coordination).
• Familiar with UAE authority regulations and safety codes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design preferred.
