Job Purpose:
We are seeking an Arabic-speaking Site Supervisor (preferably Egyptian) to oversee on-site operations, ensure timely project execution, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions for accurate installation.
• Obtain approvals and clarifications from clients/consultants before execution.
• Supervise site activities, including installation of toilet cubicles, lockers, and wardrobes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality specifications, and company policies.
• Report daily site progress and maintain site documentation.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly and efficiently.
• Travel to project sites across the UAE as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in interior fit-outs or furniture installation.
• Strong knowledge of site measurements, material handling, and installation processes.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.
• Fluency in Arabic (preferably Egyptian dialect) and English is mandatory.
• UAE driving license is required.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
