Site Sales & Laborer

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $22–$24/hour ($11 + Profit Share + Tips)

Overview:
1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring a Site Sales & Laborer to join our team! This is a physically active, customer-facing role where you’ll provide on-site estimates, close sales, and remove unwanted items for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site pricing and confidently close sales
• Load, lift, and remove items from homes and businesses
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every job
• Work efficiently with a team to complete daily routes
• Keep trucks clean and organized

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• 21+ Years and older
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
