Exciting opportunity to be on the team of the Tru by Hilton Albany Airport! Be a part of something fun and exciting with the ability to advance your career and knowledge of the hospitality industry. We are looking for a part time/full time Night Audit/Shuttle Driver.

As a hotel night auditor your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Complete daily closeout procedures, including preparing daily reports and ensuring accuracy of information being reported to management
• Reconcile and transmit credit card transactions
• Greet, Register, and assign rooms to incoming guests
• Complete guest checkouts and ensure stay was satisfactory
• Handle any overnight guest issues
• Complete and send daily shift reports to team members
• Ensure work area, including hotel market and lobby is clean and well stocked
• Assist with breakfast set up as needed
• Driving hotel shuttle is required.
• Other duties as requested or assigned by management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Previous hotel experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate with transferable skills
• Schedule varies and may include holidays and weekends. Hours are overnight.
• Professional appearance
• Ability to write, read, and communicate in English
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude and excitement to be a part of something new!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour
