Full job description

Full-time position in our shop assisting with sandblasting, painting, and washing finished granite. We train—no experience required.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
(2 breaks + 30-minute lunch)

Pay & Benefits:

• Paid your first week (Thu–Wed pay period, direct deposit every Friday)
• Pay increases based on performance

What You’ll Do:

• Sandblast granite monuments
• Assist with painting and finishing
• Wash and prep completed granite
• Learn to operate sandblasting equipment

Work Environment:

• Indoor shop work (no weather issues)
• No driver’s license required
• Located just steps from the Lincoln Prairie Grass Trail

• Mechanically inclined
• Attention to detail
• Consistent, dependable worker
• Able to work independently
• Fast learner

Requirements:

• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Steel-toe boots
• Hearing protection provided
