Shop Foreperson (310T Licensed) – Collingwood, ON

Landmark Bus Lines is a trusted provider of student transportation across Ontario, safely transporting thousands of students each day. We are currently seeking an experienced Shop Foreperson to lead our maintenance team in Collingwood, Ontario. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a licensed technician who takes pride in safety, organization, and mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of technicians and service staff
• Schedule and prioritize daily maintenance and repair work
• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on buses and fleet vehicles
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and Ministry regulations
• Maintain accurate service records and compliance documentation
• Coordinate parts ordering and inventory control
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to company policies

Requirements

• Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician License (MANDATORY)
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on fleet maintenance experience
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of Ministry of Transportation (MTO) standards and inspections
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
• Strong organizational and communication skills
