Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shop Assistant to join our manufacturing team. This role is vital in supporting daily operations within our factory environment, ensuring smooth workflow on the assembly line and warehouse areas. The ideal candidate will have prior knowledge, and familiarity with hand and power tools. Responsibilities

• Assist with assembly line operations, ensuring products are assembled accurately and efficiently
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials and finished goods
• Use hand tools and power tools for assembly, maintenance, and minor repairs as needed
• Support inventory management by organizing materials within the warehouse or storage areas
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the manufacturing facility
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve workflow processes
• Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper handling of machinery and tools
