Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to company standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for every guest.
• Take customer orders, process payments, and operate the POS system accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including workstations, dining area, and restrooms.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Assist with inventory, stock replenishment, and ingredient preparation.
• Promote menu items and upsell products when appropriate.
• Work closely with the team to achieve daily sales and service targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of UAE experience as a Shop Assistant, Barista, Cashier, or in a similar role within a bakery, café, or juice shop.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic cash handling and POS system experience.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
• Passionate about coffee, bakery products, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Applicants residing near Sahara Centre or nearby areas are preferred.
