Shift Lead / Key Holder – Daytime Hours

We are hiring a dependable and trustworthy Shift Lead / Key Holder to open and close the restaurant. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands both front and back of the house operations and can confidently manage the shift from start to finish.

Position Details:

• Daytime hours only
• Weekends and holidays required
• Full responsibility for opening and closing procedures
• Consistent customer interaction

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support front & back of house team
• Deliver excellent customer service every shift
• Handle cash, daily reports, and store security
• Ensure smooth operations and high standards
• Problem-solve quickly and professionally

Requirements:

• Prior restaurant experience (FOH & BOH knowledge preferred)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Must be dependable — no exceptions
