The Shift Leaders are responsible for coaching Team Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
• Previous leadership experience required, preferably in a quick-service restaurant setting
• Works well in a team environment
