ervice Plumber – Residential Service | Lighthouse Plumbing

Lighthouse Plumbing is hiring a Service Plumber to join our growing residential service team.

We’re a small crew of hardworking plumbers who take pride in the trade. We show up on time, treat customers with respect, and do what we say we’re going to do. Our goal is simple: do the job right. And when something isn’t right, we fix it and own it.

I grew up around plumbing where it felt like a brotherhood. Plumbers looked out for each other, shared knowledge, and helped each other become better at the trade. It wasn’t about stepping on someone else to get ahead — it was about making the whole crew stronger.

We’re looking for someone who is motivated, reliable, and capable of running service calls, troubleshooting plumbing issues, and taking responsibility for their work.

Preferred Experience

• Residential service plumbing
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing plumbing issues
• Water heaters, fixtures, drains, and general plumbing repairs
• Communicating clearly with homeowners

Qualifications

• Service plumbing experience preferred
• Journeyman license is a plus, but not required
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Takes ownership of jobs and sees them through
• Professional with customers and respectful to coworkers

Pay: $10,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month
