Milani Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning—Western Canada’s trusted leader for over 65 years—is growing, and we’re seeking an exceptional Service Manager to lead and elevate our Service Department.

Position Overview
As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading, training, and mentoring our service technicians to deliver outstanding technical work, exceptional customer experiences, and confident, ethical sales.
You will set the standard for professionalism, coach technicians on consultative selling, and ensure every service call reflects Milani’s values, reputation, and commitment to quality. This role blends hands-on leadership, operational oversight, and sales performance management.
What You Bring:
- Red Seal Certification (Plumbing or HVAC)
- Gas A or B Ticket (required)
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Demonstrated success in service-based sales
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Training
- Lead, coach, and mentor service technicians to achieve high performance
- Train technicians in customer service excellence, consultative selling, and professional communication
- Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and pride in workmanship
- Conduct ride-alongs, performance evaluations, and ongoing skills development
Service & Sales Excellence
- Ensure technicians consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Support and drive sales through ethical recommendations and solution-based selling
- Provide guidance on estimates, system options, and upgrades
- Reinforce Milani’s standards for professionalism, appearance, and customer care
Operations & Coordination
- Oversee scheduling, dispatch coordination, and daily service operations
- Collaborate with installation, dispatch, and management teams to ensure efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical, customer, and operational challenges
- Manage materials, tools, and supply requisitions
