Vine Electric Inc. is a family-owned and operated electrical contractor based in Vacaville, CA. We proudly serve Vacaville, Fairfield, Davis, Winters, Vallejo, Concord, Napa, and surrounding areas. We are currently looking for a motivated Residential Electrical Trainee / Helper to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of residential electrical experience who wants to grow their skills under experienced electricians while being part of a strong, team-oriented company culture.

At Vine Electric, customer service is key. Our technicians work closely together, communicate openly, and support one another daily. We take pride in operating as one unified team — and we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

Responsibilities:

• Assist lead electricians with residential electrical troubleshooting.
• Help replace/install switches, outlets, and devices.
• Assist with sub panel and meter panel upgrades and installations.
• Support installation of new wiring and circuits in homes.
• Help with lighting fixture and ceiling fan installations and replacements.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites.
• Safely handle tools, materials, and equipment.
• Communicate clearly with team members and homeowners when appropriate.

Required Experience:

• 1–3 years of residential electrical experience.
• Basic understanding of residential electrical systems.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong desire to learn and grow within the trade.
