Job Summary

We are currently recruiting 6 Service Desk Analysts for our client which is one of the largest investment company in Abu Dhabi. This position is a temporary position for 7 months contract. Candidate should be responsible to handle IT Related incidents with the objective of providing initial assessments, resolving straight forward incidents where possible and escalating other issues to Senior Desk staff.

Skills

• Minimum Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering.
• Certification in ITIL foundation. Comptia A+ Certification. MTA Certification.
