What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Pool Service Assistant, you are the backbone of our field operations. You will support our Lead Technicians in ensuring our customers’ pools are perfect.
- Team Support: Load and unload work vehicles, organize product lists, and maintain a clean, professional job site.
- Field Work: Assist with Spring Pool Openings, Fall Pool Closings, Above Ground Pool Construction and Service, In Ground Liner Replacements.
- Site Prep: Perform shoveling, raking, and leveling of component pads, as well as equipment demolition and haul-away.
- Inventory: Help track products on work trucks to ensure the team has everything needed for a successful day.
What We’re Looking For:
- Physical Strength: Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and perform physical labor (bending, lifting, shoveling) for extended periods.
- Reliability: You are a “morning person” who understands that being ON-TIME is essential.
- Professionalism: You have a valid driver’s license (clean record) and can communicate politely with our customers.
- Tools: You have your own reliable transportation and a basic toolbox for service calls.
- Attitude: You work well with a crew and are ready to learn the ropes of a specialized trade.
Schedule & Pay
- Job Type: Full-time / Seasonal (Immediate Start)
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday. Overtime and weekends are available as needed.
- Location: In-person (Baldwinsville Headquarters).
