Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused and sales-oriented Service Advisor with excellent communication skills in Tagalog and English. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service experience while promoting automotive repair and maintenance services to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Prepare repair orders and explain recommended services, costs, and timelines.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the service process.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff to ensure timely completion of work.
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and identify additional service opportunities.
- Upsell and promote maintenance packages, repairs, and value-added services.
- Follow up with customers regarding service status, approvals, and vehicle delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Ensure achievement of customer satisfaction and sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Proven sales and upselling abilities.
- Fluency in Tagalog and English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and service management systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in any Emirate within the UAE.
