Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor with a strong background in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring accurate vehicle intake, effective communication, and smooth coordination with the operations team throughout the service process.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive customer vehicles and conduct initial inspections.
- Accurately identify customer concerns and service requirements.
- Prepare detailed vehicle condition reports and service recommendations.
- Create and issue Job Cards with complete and accurate information.
- Coordinate with workshop and operations teams to ensure timely execution of repairs and maintenance.
- Monitor work progress and provide regular updates to customers.
- Ensure all service documentation is properly completed and maintained.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry within Dubai or GCC.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair processes, and workshop operations.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prepare accurate reports, estimates, and job documentation.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills with technical and operational teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and workshop management systems.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
