Server

Duties:
– Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
– Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
– Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
– Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
– Assist with sanitizing tables, chairs, and dining areas to maintain cleanliness
– Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and delivery
– Handle cash and process payments using POS system
– Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
– Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials
– Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional guest services

Skills:
– Strong customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Basic math skills for accurate order taking and payment processing
– Knowledge of food service industry standards and practices
– Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
– Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service
