Server, JadeWaters – Hilton Anatole

Hilton Anatole is looking for their next JadeWaters Server!

Texas-sized event space meets resort pool fun in Dallas! When guests stay at the Hilton Anatole, just north of Dallas, they’ll find an entertainment complex designed to relax and delight, an outdoor pool complex with slides and a lazy river, an award-winning fitness club, a spa, dining options, and more!

***The ideal candidate is a bright, energetic team player that brings at least (1) year of serving experience and is comfortable working in a dynamic, family friendly, high-volume environment.

JadeWaters schedule of operations:

February 27th – March 5th: Fridays and Saturdays 3PM – 7PM and Sundays 11AM – 5PM

March 6th – March 20th: Open every day for Spring Break 11AM – 9PM

March 21st – May 24th: Fridays and Saturdays 3PM – 7PM and Sundays 11AM – 5PM

May 25th (Memorial Day) through the rest of the summer: Open every day 11AM – 9PM

What will I be doing?

As a Server, you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
• Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
• Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
