We’re a casual, fast-paced restaurant serving creative, gourmet burgers and a rotating selection of local brews. We’re looking for energetic and personable servers to join our team and deliver a memorable dining experience to every guest.

Job Summary:

As a Server at 30 Burgers & Brews, you’ll be the face of the restaurant, ensuring guests are welcomed, informed, and well taken care of throughout their visit. If you’re someone who thrives in a team-oriented, customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through our menu of burgers and brews
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal
• Provide knowledgeable suggestions on menu items, beers, and specials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables and service stations
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary
• Process payments accurately and efficiently
• Uphold all health and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Previous serving experience preferred, but not required
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must be at least 18 years old (21+ preferred for beer service, depending on local laws)
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
