Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers & Banquet Servers to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests at various events. As a Server or Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that all food and beverage needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Duties

• Set up banquet rooms and dining room according to service period or event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, and linens.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards.
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during events.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in bartending is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills for effective guest interactions.
• Team player attitude with the ability to assist colleagues as needed.
