Server Assistants / Food Runner

At the Oak & Oar Restaurant and Bar at the Geneva Inn, we are hiring for immediate employment as well as for the upcoming season! We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and dependable server assistants and food runners to provide an excellent guest experience! We pride ourselves on our positive company culture as well as the uplifting and helpful group of people we have on staff! We are welcoming everyone to come apply! Responsibilities

· Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

· Assess customers’ needs and provide them with any and everything they could need before they ask.

· Helping clear plates, bowls, glasses from the tables.

· Carry food to tables, with or without a tray

· Roll Silverware

· Restock and replenish inventory and supplies

Skills

· Resume and proven working experience in customer service

· Knowledge of our policies and expectations

· Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

· Must be reliable.
