Position Overview

The Server Assistant plays a vital role in supporting our service team and ensuring guests enjoy a seamless dining experience. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment, enjoy teamwork, and are passionate about hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist servers in delivering beverages to guests promptly and accurately
• Assist servers in pre-busing tables
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations
• Refill water, beverage service as needed
• Clear and reset tables efficiently between guests
• Support servers by restocking supplies and polishing glassware/silverware
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow
• Uphold Hill & Vine’s standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Perform end-of-shift duties as instructed
• Assist in any assignments as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
• Strong work ethic and ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
