West Bend Country Club is seeking motivated, team-oriented individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as Server Assistants / Bussers. Position Overview

The Server Assistant / Busser plays a vital role in maintaining the flow, cleanliness, and overall organization of the dining room. This position supports servers and ensures that every table is properly prepared and maintained to meet club standards. At West Bend Country Club, our Server Assistants / Bussers are essential to creating a seamless and elevated experience for our members and their guests.

What You’ll Be Doing (Server Assistant / Busser)

Ensure tables are fully set, clean, and ready prior to reservations arriving

Maintain clean, organized, and properly reset tables throughout service

Pre-bus tables continuously and discreetly

Assist with water service and maintain beverage levels

Support servers and step in proactively during busy periods

Keep service stations stocked, clean, and organized

Communicate clearly with hosts and team members to maintain dining room flow

This role is focused on supporting the team, protecting service flow, and maintaining the high standards expected at WBCC.

Requirements

Weekend availability required

Ability to stand and move for extended periods

Ability to lift and carry trays, dishware, and bus tubs

Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
