Pay: $15.00 – $25.00 per hour

Job Title: Server Assistant

Location: Saltwater Cowboys Waterfront Restaurant

Compensation: $10 hourly base pay plus tip out

Job Overview: We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Server Assistant to join our team. This is a physically demanding role that supports our front-of-house staff in maintaining a clean, efficient, and welcoming dining environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, respectful, and takes pride in maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down dining areas
• Carry heavy bus bins with dirty dishes to designated wash areas
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Take out trash and ensure waste areas are clean and organized
• Move up and down multiple flights of stairs throughout the shift
• Transport heavy items (e.g., bins, supplies) safely up and down stairs
• Support servers and other team members as needed to maintain smooth operations
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
• Comfortable lifting and carrying heavy items
• Strong sense of accountability and dependability
• Demonstrates respect for team members and guests at all times
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus but not required
