S_erver Assist / Host Part Time – Weekends – Immediate Hire _
Prohibition is looking to add someone who would be trained in both server assisting & host!

This may also be a position that would be able to swap between both of our companies, Prohibition & Repeal.

Tasks for server assist includes but are not limited to: running food, bussing tables of plates, glasses & silverware. Refresh silverware between dinner and dessert, refill waters, wipe down tables and reset them. Bar backing, or any combination of the above. Knowledge of menu & satisfactory guest customer service. Tasks for host includes but are not limited to: Greeting guests warmly, having a positive demeanor, scanning ID’s, seating guests, learning Opentable & our pacing algorithm.

• Base Pay + Tips nightly – Average $18 to $20 hourly
• Evening shifts are typically staggered for this in time: 4, 5:30, 6 pm
• Will work minimum 3 shifts per week, up to 5 shifts per week.
• No experience necessary but must be able to move fast and lift 50lbs.
• Must be 21+, we are a bar.
• Have a reliable car.
• Stable work history.
• Must be social and friendly.
