Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems & OpenTable
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring presentation quality and proper food handling procedures
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately at checkout
• Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to sanitation standards
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining settings
• Strong knowledge of POS systems
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere
• Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Effective communication skills for guest interactions and coordination with team members
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and sales upselling techniques
