Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring efficient processing and timely delivery
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Assist with food handling, preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with food safety regulations
• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
• Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements for smooth service flow

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for cashiering and food handling
• Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for understanding food preparation processes
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy service hours
• Previous host/host or serving experience is advantageous but not required
