Full job description
Duties:
-Greet and seat guests with a warm smile.
-Take accurate food and beverage orders and use the POS system to place them (training provided).
-Assist guests with menu recommendations and answer any questions they may have.
-Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
-Operate the cash register and handle payment transactions (training provided).
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
-Perform side duties, including cleaning and assisting with restaurant organization.
-Pack food for online/pick-up orders.
-Make milk tea/cocktails.
Requirements:
-Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
-A positive attitude and team player mentality.
