Overview
Immediate Hire:
We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about providing exceptional service to our members and guests. If you have a friendly sense of demeanor, enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, and have the necessary skills, we would love to hear from you. We are willing to invest in time training anyone who is willing to learn and grow with us.
Please note that this position is part-time and seasonal. We are a non-tipping Club, and will be closed from January 1, 2026, through March 2026.
Duties:
– Greet, seat and present menus to members in a friendly and timely manner
– Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
– Deliver food and beverages to tables in a prompt and professional manner
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns
– Handle billing using a Jonas POS system
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area and workstations
– Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
– Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Skills:
– Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a positive dining experience
– Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of restaurant operations, including menu items and specials
– Ability to handle food safely, following proper hygiene practices
– Proficient in using Jonas POS system for order entry and payment processing
