Asian cuisine restaurant serving, Japanese, Chinese, Thai food. We have been in business for 19 years serving the community! We are looking for an accountable Server who will be an addition to our wonderful work environment.

Primary Focus: Friday, Saturday (Even shift)

The Server is providing customer service and dining experience.

Duties

• Greeting customers and presenting menus
• Taking and delivering food and drink orders
• Making suggestions and answering questions based on customer preferences
• Up selling when appropriate
• Arranging table settings and keeping tables clean and tidy
• Prepare drinks for our guests in a timely manner.
• Maintain server station area and floor clean. Display a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Able to know and promote bar items, all food menu items, and any on-going promotions.
• Serve & deliver genuine, exceptional service to our dining guests.
• Have enthusiasm and knowledge of our menu offerings, extensive drink menu and any on-going promotion.
• Taking accurate orders of food and beverage while giving attentive, revenue-generating suggestions.
• Be able to provide professional and friendly dining experience to ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
• Must be able to work various shifts, weekends and holidays. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player attitude.
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
• Previous experience preferred.

Qualifications:

• Have a minimum of 2 year serving experience in a similar food and beverage environment.
• Have excellent serving skills and knowledge menu items.
• Display high initiative, be self-motivated, and require minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills in English reading, written and spoken.
• Must have Serving It Right or Pro Serve
